Identified and resolved critical discrepancies across legacy and next-gen trial types, designed a new dimensional taxonomy adopted by the broader data org, and introduced alternative experimentation frameworks (multi-armed bandits, Test & Roll, Bayesian methods) to move the team beyond traditional A/B testing.
